Behind every build call
Speed, tracking, and conversion are the things that compound.
Every section earns its place by moving a metric. No page-builder bloat or hero animations that bury the CTA. Clean typography, accessible contrast, mobile-first.
Vite + React 18 + Tailwind for landing pages and marketing sites. Next.js when SSR is the right call. Component library that scales as you add pages.
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel + CAPI, conversion events for every CTA. No retrofit project after launch. The data layer ships with the site.
Static-first, lazy-loaded media, vendored fonts, image optimization, edge caching. Mobile speed gets verified before every launch.
Single-page builds for paid media launches (2–3 weeks). Full marketing sites with 8–20 routes (4–6 weeks). CMS-backed when content velocity matters.
Hosted on Hostinger by default (fast LiteSpeed servers, generous bandwidth). Bring your own host if you have one. Deploy via SSH/rsync, with no proprietary lock-in.
Most sites are over-scoped. We start with what moves the metric, ship that, then expand.
Goal, audience, CTA hierarchy, conversion metric. The brief gets agreed before any pixel is drawn.
Wireframe → high-fidelity. Mobile-first, dark + light variants, accessibility checked. Sign-off before code.
Componentized React + Tailwind. Tracking layer wired in parallel. Daily preview links so you can react in real time.
Deploy to staging, QA across devices, conversion event verification, SEO basics shipped. Then production.
Post-launch monitoring, A/B test scaffolding, conversion-rate tuning. Sites keep improving after launch.
No bleeding-edge framework that breaks every 6 months. The same tools the entire portfolio runs on.
Landing page: 2–3 weeks from brief to launch. Marketing site (8–20 pages): 4–6 weeks. Larger projects scope by phase. We ship the metric-moving pages first, then expand.
It depends on whether you need a single landing page, a full site, or ongoing work after launch, so I quote a flat number once I know the scope. No hourly billing and no surprises. Webstar handles invoicing.
Yes, design is in scope by default. Copy is collaborative: I'll draft, you review, or you bring in your own writer. I won't pretend to write a brand voice I don't know.
Most sites are static-first (no CMS) because that's faster and cheaper. If content velocity matters, I use Sanity, Contentful, or a Markdown-based setup. WordPress only when you're already on it and need it.
Yes, depending on the stack. Markdown/MDX setups are git-based (a developer or skilled marketer can edit). CMS setups have a non-technical editor. Pure static sites need a developer to edit.
I monitor for 30 days post-launch by default (free), then either you take over or we move to a small monthly retainer for ongoing optimization. Sites get better after launch. That's the work.
Tell me the goal and the audience. I'll send back a scope and a 30-day shipping plan.
