The full scope, no surprises

Six concrete deliverables. Every account, every month.

Account audit & strategy

Week 1 audit covering account structure, tracking accuracy, ad health, and the biggest savings hiding in plain sight. You get the punch list before you sign anything.

Build or rebuild

Campaigns restructured for how Google and Meta actually work in 2026. Fewer, stronger campaigns, each fed better data, instead of dozens fighting over the same budget.

Tracking that tells the truth

The platforms only optimize toward what they can see. I clean up the measurement so every sale, booked call, and qualified lead gets counted, and wrong numbers and 12-second hangups don't.

Ad testing that keeps moving

4–6 structured ad tests per month, judged on what actually pays you: sales, booked calls, and qualified leads instead of clicks. Winners get more budget and losers get cut weekly.

Audience strategy

Targeting built from your real customer list, with the wrong people excluded, so the platforms go find more buyers who look like your best ones.

Reporting in 5 minutes

A weekly note on what moved, why, and what's next, plus a monthly strategy review and a live dashboard your team can actually open. No 40-slide decks.

Measurable from week one

No scaled spend before the tracking is clean.

Account restructure, tracking rebuild, ad testing setup, audience setup. The heavy lifting happens in this window.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Optimize

Bids, audiences, ads, and landing pages reviewed every week, with decisions based on the numbers.

  5. 05Every week

    Report

A short performance note each week, a monthly strategy review, and a quarterly forward plan.

Two primary channels, the rest when it's strategic

Google Ads and Meta Ads carry most of the load in every account I run. Expansion to YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Ads happens when the numbers support it, not because the channel exists.

Google Ads management from Phoenix, Arizona

I run accounts from Phoenix. That means Arizona service businesses get someone local, and clients in other states get the same work over a screen share, since the engagement is remote either way. Campaigns and reporting can run in English or Spanish, whichever fits your customers.

Questions before we talk

What's the minimum monthly ad spend?+

$3K/month is where I draw the line. Below that, Google and Meta don't get enough data to learn who your best customers are. I'd rather tell you up front than take a retainer that can't produce.

Are you month-to-month or contract?+

Month-to-month. No 6- or 12-month lock-ins. If the work isn't paying for itself, you shouldn't need a lawyer to leave.

Who owns the ad account?+

You do. Your ad accounts are yours. You keep admin access the entire time, and if we part ways, everything — accounts, pixels, data — stays with you.

How quickly should I expect results?+

The structural work (tracking fixes, account cleanup) happens in the first 2–3 weeks. What happens to performance after that depends on your budget, your offer, and how much clean data the account already has, so I won't promise a number here. I'll give you a straight read on your timeline before you commit.

Do you produce creative or just manage campaigns?+

Both. I build the ad testing roadmap (hooks, angles, formats, offers) and produce image ads and short-form video in-house. For higher-production video, I direct a creative partner, but the testing system stays mine.

What industries do you work best with?+

Service businesses where every new customer has a clear dollar value: med spas, home services, professional services, small SaaS, real estate, and online stores with healthy margins. If you know roughly what a new customer is worth to you, we'll work well together.

What does pricing look like?+

Monthly retainer scaled to account size and scope. Starts at $2.5K/month for single-channel work, more for cross-channel plus a full ad production cadence. I'll quote a flat number after the audit.

Let's look at your account.

20-minute call. I'll tell you what I'd change in your first 30 days and whether I'm the right fit. If you'd rather start smaller, the free audit puts my three changes in writing.
