Search that compounds, without the keyword stuffing.

Six disciplines, one stack

Technical-first because nothing else compounds without it.

Technical SEO audit

Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, render-path issues, JavaScript SEO debt, redirect chains, canonical hygiene. The stuff most agencies skip.

Site structure & internal linking

URL architecture, hub-and-spoke topic clusters, internal link distribution, breadcrumb hierarchy. Search engines need a map. This gives them one.

Content architecture

Search intent mapping, page-type templates, cannibalization detection, content depth targets. The skeleton before any writing happens.

Schema markup

JSON-LD for Organization, Product, FAQ, Article, BreadcrumbList, LocalBusiness. Validated, deployed, monitored for rich-result eligibility.

Programmatic SEO

Page templates × data sets. Done well: hundreds of high-intent pages with clean UX and unique value per page. Done badly: thin pages that get deindexed.

Measurement & reporting

Search Console + GA4 + rank tracking, weighted to commercial intent. Monthly delta vs target, quarterly strategy reviews. No vanity dashboards.

Technical first, content second

Most agencies start with content. Most accounts I audit have technical debt that would erase any content gains.

  1. 01Weeks 1–2

    Technical audit

Crawl, render, index. Document every issue with effort/impact scoring. Hand back the punch list before signing.

  2. 02Weeks 2–4

    Foundation fixes

Ship the high-impact technical fixes. Redirect cleanup, canonical sweep, schema deployment, internal link rewiring.

  3. 03Month 2

    Content architecture

Intent map, hub/spoke layout, page-type templates. The plan for every piece of content before any writing.

  4. 04Month 2–6

    Build the surface area

Hub pages, supporting articles, programmatic templates where the data justifies it. Schema applied as pages ship.

  5. 05Ongoing

    Measure & iterate

Search Console deltas, GA4 commercial-intent traffic, quarterly strategy review. Decisions on data, not vibes.

The same conversion plumbing wins on both sides

Most paid media problems start on the landing page or in the tracking layer. Same tools, same audits. Running the full stack means one operator owns the entire funnel.

Questions before we talk

How long until I see SEO results?+

Technical fixes can show up in 4–8 weeks (faster on smaller sites). Content gains compound over 3–6 months. If anyone tells you it's faster, ask them to show you the case study with the rankings track record.

Do you produce the content or just the architecture?+

I build the architecture and intent map. Webstar's content team produces inside the templates, or I work with your in-house team and provide briefs. Pure SEO consulting is also available if you want strategy only.

What about programmatic SEO?+

Programmatic done well is hundreds of high-intent pages with clean UX and unique value per page. Done badly is thin pages that get deindexed. I'll tell you up front whether your data set supports a programmatic play.

Do you handle link building?+

I focus on earned and editorial links: digital PR, partnerships, comparison content, original research. Paid link networks are an easy way to get penalized; I don't go near them.

How is this priced?+

Project-based for audits and one-time work, monthly retainer for ongoing SEO. The number depends on your site's size and scope, so I quote it flat after seeing the site. Webstar handles the engagement; I lead the strategy.
