Terms of service

The short version: the details of any engagement live in a written proposal you approve before work starts. These are the standing rules that apply either way, written to be read.

Who you're dealing with

Sebastian Mauricio, a performance-media practice based in Phoenix, Arizona, operating in English and Español. Where the proposal says so, invoicing is handled through Webstar Solutions, the agency side of the practice.

Services

What this site describes (paid media management, tracking work, landing pages, and related services) is general information. The actual scope of any engagement is defined in your written proposal or agreement, and that document wins if it says something different from a page on this site.

Term and cancellation

Engagements run month-to-month. There are no 6- or 12-month lock-ins. Either of us can end the engagement with written notice, and when it ends you keep everything, as described in the next section.

Your accounts stay yours

Your ad accounts are yours. You keep admin access, and if we part ways, everything — accounts, pixels, data — stays with you.

I work inside accounts you own, from day one. Work produced for your account during a paid engagement (ads, copy, tracking setups) stays with you too.

No guaranteed results

I don't promise specific numbers, and I won't sign anything that says otherwise. Ad performance depends on your budget, your market, and the shape of the account, so guaranteeing a cost-per-lead or a revenue figure up front would be a guess dressed up as a promise. What you do get is a written plan and honest reporting on whether the work is producing.

Fees and ad spend

The management fee is invoiced monthly per your proposal, through Webstar Solutions where stated. Ad spend is separate: because the accounts and billing profiles are yours, the ad platforms bill your payment method directly. I never hold your ad budget.

What I need from you

Timely access to the accounts and assets in scope, reasonably prompt approvals, and accurate information about your business and offers. Campaigns also have to comply with the ad platforms' own policies; those are set by Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft, and neither of us can override them.

This website

Content on this site is provided for information, as-is, and may change without notice. It isn't legal, financial, or guaranteed-outcome advice.

Liability, in plain terms

I'm responsible for doing the scoped work with professional care. I'm not responsible for things outside my control: platform outages, policy or account decisions made by the ad platforms, or indirect losses. To the extent the law allows, total liability is capped at the fees you've paid for the engagement.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Questions, or anything here you'd like clarified before signing a proposal, go to hello@sebastianmauricio.com.
