I'm Sebastian.
I run ads that do the math.
Performance media buyer and operator. I run Google Ads and Meta Ads for service businesses spending $3K+/month, then rebuild the funnel underneath when it's the bottleneck.

I picked paid media because the results are measurable.
I got into paid media six years ago because it was the rare job where the numbers either moved or they didn't. That still suits me.
Since then I've managed 64 ad accounts across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing and launched 250+ campaigns. At peak I was managing $100K+ per month in ad spend, driving an estimated $200K+ per month in client revenue. The industries kept changing (B2B SaaS, e-commerce, lead-gen, local services) but the job underneath rarely did: fix the tracking, restructure the spend, and turn paid clicks into revenue you can verify.
I also run Webstar Solutions, where my team ships the SEO and web development side of the stack. Most paid media problems start on the landing page, and shipping the fix in-house beats routing it through a second vendor.

How I got here
2021
First paid media role
Junior account work, Search and Shopping for DTC. Learned the basics by breaking and rebuilding test accounts on my own time.
2022
First B2B SaaS account
Took ownership of a SaaS lead-gen account and wired up my first offline conversion import, connecting closed deals back to the ads that produced them. Made me a believer in clean tracking.
2023
Cross-channel + Meta
Added Meta Ads at scale. Structured creative testing became part of every engagement, and the portfolio kept growing.
2024
Founded Webstar Solutions
Spun up the agency to ship SEO + web dev in-house. Stopped routing tracking fixes through outside vendors.
2025
Peak: $100K+/mo in ad spend
Managed spend peaked above $100K/mo, and the career total reached 64 ad accounts across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing. Bilingual operations expanded work into LatAm.
2026
Operating from Phoenix
Remote-first, weekly cadence with every account. 1–2 new account slots open per quarter.
What I actually believe about this work
- 01
If the tracking is broken, nothing else matters.
The first thing I audit is what the platform is being told. If conversions are deduped wrong or signals are missing, every other lever is fighting bad data.
- 02
Most accounts get worse before they get better.
Rebuilds expose weaknesses the old structure was hiding. Week 2 looks scary. That's the signal you're actually fixing something.
- 03
AI is now an input problem, not a model problem.
Google and Meta's automated campaigns optimize fine on their own. What they can't do is invent good data for you. The work is feeding the machine the right signals.
- 04
You shouldn't need 40 slides to know how the account is doing.
I send a short note every week covering what moved, why, and what's next.
